Zillow assigned Liz to me when I inquired about a property. Liz answered my questions about the process immediately and asked if I wanted to see the property. I said yes and she scheduled a showing for the next day. Liz met me for the showing despite winter conditions shutting down the city. She dug up , scrutinized, and sent me property and HOA documents. Once the seller had another offer, she let me know and guided me expertly through the offer process. When the seller accepted the other offer, Liz jumped into search mode for me, sending me links to properties that could fit my preferences.
